Here are a few tips that will
improve your everyday life:
- make
your bed
- clean your room
- take a dog for a walk
- drink lots of water, green
tea..
- call your friends
- think about things that makes
you happy ;)
- read a good book
- take a bubble bath
- do your nails
- go to the cinema, or rent a
good movie (+ make a pop corn)
- do your hair
- buy fresh flowers
- take a nap
- be positive
- write to-do list
Just stay positive and you will be much more confident with
yourself.
And do not forget the most important thing SMILE!!
